I'm a bit surprised by all of the positive reviews for Peter Cannon. His staff is very nice, but I have not had good experiences while under the drill. I've had two fillings crack over the past year, and one other filling was done that was incomplete, meaning there were multiple areas on the tooth that needed to be filled but were not filled. I also had an anesthetic shot that struck a nerve when I needed a root canal on a rear molar. It was the most uncomfortable pain I have ever felt. In addition to all of these problems, the price was through the roof, and I didn't really find Dr. Cannon all that personable. He asked questions every once in a while, but he never really seemed like he cared to listen to the answer. Now don't get me wrong, I'm all for the kind of dentist that spends his time focusing on the patients teeth rather than conversation, yet I would rather he not talk at all if he's going to fake his interest in my well being. Thats a judgement of his character on my part. It's not factual. However, I strongly believe it to be true. I hope your experience is/was/will be better than mine. Good Luck!
