They didn't provide accurate cost before treatment.
I visited office to examine my tooth before my brace. I already told to Dr. Dalseth and their staffs I had been new filling last year from the another dentist.
Dr.Dalseth examined my tooth and he removed the old filling And then, two week later, he filled in with new gold filling.
After first treatment, they gave me an estimated. My portion would be 50%of service. They said that they already checked with my insurance company.
About month later, they billed me 100% of service. They said that my insurance refused to pay for it. My insurance company didn't cover for within 5 yrs job.
I explained why I came to visit and what kind of treatment I have done recently before my treatment , but they denied. They said they didn't have any responsibility. I have to pay all. They didn't want to negotiate huge cost.
What can I do? I got too much stress....
It was hassle experience I have never done...
