About Front Desk: This is an area where the office really suffers. Recently had a life-threatening family emergency, which just so happened to be on the same day as my scheduled cleaning. Called to let the office know, but all Colleen said was, "You sure didn't give us much notice." I'll certainly remember to schedule my emergencies better next... Unbelievable, the lack of compassion on her part. I'd give zero stars, but won't allow, so one star for despicable customer service. I will never set foot in this office again due to this utterly terrible experience.
