I had a discount coupon for Dr Hagerman's dental office so that is why I went there. It was for a cleaning, xrays and at home teeth whitening. I was worried that because I was using a coupon, I might not be treated as well and that I may be pushed into having unnecessary services done. That was not my experience AT ALL. Everything was fair and clearly explained. Dr Hagerman explained why I should have a couple of my filling replaced (and they use composite fillings, NOT metal. yay!) and showed me nice digital photographs of my teeth. The price was clearly explained and given to me up front. I do not have health insurance so I said I could only do one at a time and he was very happy to do just that. No guilt. Also, I was able to pay in 3 installments. A few days after my appointment I received a card in the mail from the clinic with a gift card for Caribou. SO NICE! Thank you.
