Horrible experience in every way. Dental assistants are verbally and physically abusive, invasive and poorly trained in-house. Unnecessary cutting in mouth caused pain for weeks. When we complained, dentist and manager refused to even address issue with assistant. Dentist in need of training , leaves patient alone with sadistic assistant for 1.5 hours. Witnessed assistant dabbing at tray of tools with unsanitary cloth and bad mouthing daughter to other employees while daughter listened. Receptionist is indiscreet and gossips about patients. Impossible to get a conveinant appointment. Dentist is dishonest and in need of specialized training for the procedures he convinces you that you need. Long waits in waiting room. This family's children were always in too much pain after a simple cleaning, they were afraid to return to another appointment. Due to long waits, patients were late for classes and work. Don't subject yourself to this, you can do much better!
