I think they are honest, organized, & technically skilled. I believe they accept a wider variety of insurances than other clinics making dental care affordable. The overall tone of the practice however was not a good match for us.
This practice is somewhat brusk and rigid feeling although definitely competent. The doctor was impatient when my children were nervous only making the situation worse. Their hours are limited (no Fridays, closed at 5 p.m. every day but one) so we had to schedule far in advance then hope we would not have to switch. Their automatic reminder phone calls seem to come so often it was slightly confusing if you had multiple family members scheduled around the same time. The waiting room is tiny & isn't a pleasant place to wait any longer than you have to, but if you are not there early and they are ready for you a few minutes before your scheduled time, it seems you are considered late. The whole interior could stand updating—a coat of paint, carpeting, and pictures for the walls.
Our family has used this office for basic preventive care. They accepted our obscure insurance plan (although complained about the low reimbursement of our plan on a few occasions) which was why we used them for as long as we did.
