Very unprofessional. My husband had a death in the family along with loss of job and was unable to make two appointments becuase of that, and they punished me for it. Saying I was dismissed as well. Not very friendly or professional. It's ashame becuase I have a lot of work to be done, bu I suppose I will recieve that from a more professional staff. The ladies are very condescending at the office too. Chastized my husband for missing his appointment just days after the loss of his grandparent. Stay away! Also, Pucel pulls teeth without enough pain killer. Last tooth that was pulled, I felt everything. Also their staff claims you have low bone in your teeth, when two other dentists including a surgeon said that they were fine. Beware.
