I'm very displeased that it has been two weeks and I never received a call about sending over my X-rays. As well as if they were sent I never signed a release form. Also, I received a bill in my husbands name. He's not associated with my dental care and doesn't have his own. I didn't get an explanation to how that had happened. Prior to this I would have recommended Dr. Smith. She did a great job on filling my cavity. However, I need my X-Rays sent to an oral surgeon for my consultation. I find this very unprofessional and very frustrating.
