About Front Desk: Staff seemed lost in trying to set up an appt. for dental implant. Office person was eating her sandwich while setting up the appt. Decided to go with another periodontist, called and tried to pick up my x-rays 2 weeks after the initial appt. Office manager left me on phone for 10 minutes, then told me my visit was never submitted to the insurance company. Then said she would not release my x-rays because of their error in not filing the claim. But she did offer that I could pay for the x-rays out-of-pocket. Would definitely not recommend this office. Not sure how they are in business.
