I was a patient 30 years ago (assuming this is the same dentist; that might not be the case). Since then, he has been my "gold standard". The only dentist I actually looked forward to visiting. Excellent work. Totally painless. Patient comfort is paramount. Put on the headphones, and tell me when it's over. Breathe in the sweet air, and enjoy the music. He would work around all the apparatus, without constant interruptions for adjustments, etc. Literally, "tell me when it's over". Actually pleasant.
This guy has to be at least 60 years old by now, so maybe I'm talking about his father. If so, I hope it runs in the family!
