I was a patient of Dr. Guy Hisrich for 8-9 years. He has an excellent dental hygienist, This is why I stayed with Dr. Hisrich's office for so long. However, when I called his office to mention I got dental insurance that didn't include him as a provider, they refused to fill out a simple form so that I could continue to use their services. To me this is TERRIBLE customer service. I was loyal to them...why weren't they loyal to me? They are good at what they do in terms of dental work, but heaven forbid you should ever change dental insurance. You will be kicked to the curb.
