They are very friendly and professional. Maureen is a great hygienist. Sometimes takes awhile to get an appointment for a cleaning, but that seems to be the rule these days with any medical facility. They also will let you make decisions as well: I have good teeth and don't want to have xrays every other time. So they say, "ok!" I appreciate that as well.
