I have went to the same dentist for approximately 15 years and recently decided to find a new dentist. After getting referrals from friends, I went to a dentist and had my teeth cleaned and was not impressed with their service. I then called Dr. Hancock's office and made a appointment . When I arrived for my appointment I did wait quite awhile before I saw Dr. Hancock but that was OK. When I talked to the Dr. I wanted to find out about getting some veneers for my top 6 teeth(I have six veneers on my bottom teeth) and he told me he didn't do that kind of work and said I should go back to the dentist that did the previous veneers. I did go back to my old dentist and got a price but decided it was to expensive at this time. I recently called Dr. Hancock and wanted to make an appointment but Bonnie(receptionist) decided that I had went to too many dentist in a short amount of time and Dr. Hancock would not accept me as a patient. Don't waste your time calling this office unless you want to be treated as a common criminal. I am staying with my old dentist because his office does show me a lot of respect.
