When I called to make an appointment at Dalin Dental, I expressly asked if they take my insurance and if I was covered. They assured me I was, and when my daughter and I came in for our appointment, I gave them my insurance information and asked again about my coverage. Then afterwards I get a bill for hundreds of dollars! I called them back and they said they "didn't" tell me I was covered and that I would need to pay for my routine cleaning and exam, which is totally covered 100% under my insurance(assuming the dental practice doesn't lie about whether or not they take your insurance!) The treatment was OK, but the dentist spent the whole time bragging about the volunteer work he does. Not that that is a problem, but given how rude his staff has been, it just adds up to a bad experience. never again. You will want to avoid this dental practice!!

About Front Desk: Absolutely horrible! LIE about your dental coverage and then spend ridiculous amounts of time and mail trying to extract the hundreds of dollars they mis-charged you for. Nope!

About Hygienist: so so. had some fancy device that hurt worse than a normal cleaning. What good is the new fancy equipment if it isn't as good as the old-fashioned tools?
