Helpful and friendly staff, very aware of your comfort level during procedures. Billing was always easy, and everyone in the office is pleasant. I saw her first, in a dental emergency and have been going to her ever since. I have had multiple cavities replaced and three crowns all with little or no pain. Have also referred people to her in both emergency and non-emergency situations - she is always happy to work them in.
I have always thought going to the dentist was just a necessary evil and put it off as long as possible, now I schedule my regular apppointments - and keep them. Primarily due to the treatment I have recieved by every member of Dr. Marden's staff.
