I have never had a procedure at this office because I set everything up through my insurance and filled out all of the paperwork but when my first appointment came on June 18, 2015 at 4:00 and I went to there office, it was closed. I called their exchange and they provided me with the dentists cell phone number. I attempted to contact the dentist to find out why they closed during my appointment but had no success. I contacted their office this morning (6/19/15) and they stated they had left a message regarding to cancellation however I never received any call. When I asked about rescheduling, they gave me a time almost 3 weeks out. I figured I had already waited a month and a half so I decided to go with another dentist. Not the mention the lady that answers the phone has no customer service whatsoever. I had thought this from the first time I had spoke with her, but it got worse after they cancelled the appointment. Very unprofessional, rude, and unorganized office.
