I used tom switzer several years ago when my two front teeth were broken. I eventually lost one and had a root canal/crown placed on the other.
Unfortunately, I was forced to choose tom switzer due to my parents' insurance.
To make a long story short, I am still paying my tom switzer's mistakes and negligence.
My crown(s) took three attempts until they were even remotely acceptable, and even those that I eventually decided to accept are obviously fake and in fact one of them is approximately 1/16" above the other (using the bottom of the teeth as reference).
After years of problems, I am now in the process of having to have the implant removed (not a small or inexpensive procedure) due to tom switzer stripping out the internal threads.
In addition, the tooth on which tom switzer performed a root canal was also a victim of his malpractice. tom switzer did NOT properly place "the post" inside of the empty root canal, therefore the crown was not properly guarded against infection and I now have an abcess (sp?) that requires the root canal to be performed a second time and very well may require additional surgery.
