Dr. Oswald has terrible bedside manner s, his language is unacceptable when talking to patients, I went to see him for an abstraction but it complained about he has not had a tooth like mine in a long time, I was in his chair about 2hrs or so and he could not remove my teeth, I was in great pain, had to leave with my nerves exposed that day to see an oral surgeon, due to a lack of knowledge on how to remove a molar that he was unqualified to remove. He wrote a referral for me because my daughter who was present requested it. He initially complained about how long it was taken to extract my tooth. Never will recommend or visit him ever again. I don't care what others say about how good he is, his mannerisms and tact is unacceptable, he needs to not brag about how good he is he needs to prove it. He may be good at pulling some teeth but he is not an oral surgeon, he needs to stop trying to act as though he is, his assistant had to tell him how to operate equipment he should know how to use. Poor excuse of a doctor, he needs to learn modern technology of how a real dentist should operate,.
