Both of my daughters had orthodontic treatment from Dr. Grieve. My oldest daughter did not like him at all. He got upset with her because she wore her hair in a pony tail and asked her to remove the tie. He was short with her and not friendly.
After my youngest daughter's treatment, we went back about a year later because of a space between her teeth. He accused her of not wearing her retainer (which she always wore). He walked around the room like he was going to explode, looked me straight in the eye and said, "I don't know what you want me to do about it". My daughter walked out of his office in tears, which put me in tears as well. I couldn't believe the way he acted towards us after we spent over $7,000 on her treatment. He wanted to charge us more money to fix the space. He had an assistant in the room who walked out after us. She apologized for his actions and admitted he was very rude to us. We never went back and I would never recommend him. He is not nice.
