My family has been going to Dr West for 15 years and have been happy until recently. Dr West recommended 3 of my 4 kids to have their wisdom teeth removed and said he could do it. After driving to one specific pharmacy to get a sedation medicine he required pre surgery, taking time off work myself and my daughter as well they called 15 minutes ago to cancel the surgery that was scheduled at 11:00 TODAY! Apparently he looked at the X-rays TODAY and decided he couldn't handle the surgery. This was six months after the original X-rays were taken and them changing the time of the surgery two days ago. Terrible customer service! I am thankful he figured out that he couldn't handle the procedure before he started but ridiculous that he just realized it.
