We have since obtained private dental insurance and left his practice, but when seeing him we had Medicaid. He is extremely patronizing, and has the worst bedside manner I have ever witnessed. My daughter had GERD and esophageal reflux, she needed a dental procedure. I was treated like a child, any Medicaid patients are forced to watch a video and have a meeting in the waiting room in front of other patients, including what procedures your child is having. He was extremely rude to me, and disrepectful. He also yelled at me in front of my child and read the back of a toothpaste bottle to me aloud in a very condescending manner. We switched dentists and I have never been happier, I haven't been there in a few years but I feel compelled to save other folks the trouble. My daughter was terrified of the dentist when I took her to another place, he was awful and caused her and I a great deal of anxiety.
