I was late for my appointment due to some personal problems and they would not reschedule or see me even though I was in pain and needed a tooth extracted.
THe receptionist was rude and actually stated that missing an appointment "tells us what kind of person we are dealing with" and did not care about my pain.
I don't know what kind of dentist he his because I was refused service.
