I had 3 out of 4 implants fail. When I asked for a refund Pedro agreed, but the money was not forthcoming. As I pressed the issue I found out his practice was in bankruptcy. I'm out $11-12 thousand dollars because of this con. he blelong in jail, and with all the malpractice and State complaints against he'll be there soon. The address and phone numbers here are no good. He closed up shop and ran !
