My wife and I decided to change dentists 2 years after Dr Kosenske bought the practice from our family dentist of over 25 years. My wife experienced problems when he was unable to fit a partial plate - it was very distressing for her and she was extremely upset. He then replaced one of my front teeth with a crown which was never aligned correctly. It was slightly off center. On my next visit he suggested that we correct the appearance (which was his mistake) with a veneer. When insurance wouldn't pay for the procedure he charged me $550 for his mistake. He tried billing my insurance comp[any but they refused. I have refused to pay for his mistake. Without any further discussion he has turned us over to a collection agency.
Simply stated, this dentist does poor work. I thought that I would never have to complain about such behavior from a professional.
