extraction fillings partial treatment was great until 10/5/2011 when he refused to see me due to the fact when I went with my daughter to her dentist appointment. Due to the fact that we were waiting in the office so long, I asked her Dentist to check a spot in my mouth. He ended taking 1 x-ray & Dr. Tate now refuses to treat me ! WHY?
