My appt for an evaluation was the worst experience I have ever encountered. I think my rating of one star is too generous. I can't imagine it was necessary to continue the tapping test after it was apparent that it caused discomfort after the first, second, third and fourth "tap". However if necessary I think he lacked chair-side manners.
About Front Desk: Nice enough but who cares if you have a toothache.
