Over promised and over charged. Results were only partially achieved. I sought a refund and did receive a check for a part of what I thought I should have had refunded.
You should run; not walk when you have to deal with Tommi the " Enforcer" She operates the financial side and beware if she hands you a by the way contract while you are in the midst of having ten holes drilled into your jaw bone.
