Dr. Dyer's office staff is the most professional group of individual I have dealt with in terms of their customer service, individual attention, friendliness, and courtesy. They treat you with respect and dignity. The office is very comfortable, from the waiting room to the dentist chair. They have state of the art equipment throughout. The staff, including the doctor, is regularly certified in the new technologies as well as dental protocols and methodologies. They are on top of the insurance requirements and go the extra yard to call the company to make sure that the treatment plan is covered properly. The Doctor is very personable. He is very good at communicating what you need and what he thinks is the best treatment. He asks questions and listens carefully to what you say. This is a first class operation. The only negative, unfortunately, is that the fees are high, as least in my opinion.
