Dr. Kleinheinz' bedside manner is superb. He engages the patient in pleasant social dialog interspersed with appropriate questions as he analyzes the situation and recommends options for solutions. He is thorough and honest in his assessments and advises you of the costs up front with nothing hidden. The staff is gracious, friendly, supportive, and helpful. The service is excellent. The costs seem high compared to costs in previous locations in other states, but are apparently moderate for the Charlotte area.
I had a difficult cavity eating into the base of the tooth and coming extremely close to the central nerve tissue. He worked long and patiently to avoid having to do a root canal and to avoid entering the nervous tissue. He was extremely successful under difficult circumstances. I have had no problem since and the tooth feels as if nothing had ever happened.
