I enjoyed the staff at her office, accept the time I called and canceled two appoint ments due to me having a fever and my baby girl having a fever. They told me to come in. I only had a 100 degree temp and my daughter was not feeling good the other day. I was sent a letter saying that I would be charged if I canceled another appointment. It's not like I tried to get myself or daughter sick. Needless to say they did do the dental work later, but after that I was told that I must pay in advance for any future dental work appointments. I was disappointed with that, I mean I cannot control being sick and when you feel sick do you really want to have dental work done. Also I was told that I need all this dental work to have within a year. I was then shown the cost of this after my insurance pays and lets just say that I could pay for her kids to go to college based on the costs. I really feel like she wants to be good to her patients, but simply she needs to be understanding of situations that we can't control. If she's sick and can't go to work does she reimburse patients that had appointments that day? Be understanding especially during the cold & flu season!
