Doctor and staff were incredible. I have never been to a dental facility like this. I walked in and felt i was in a health spa. The front desk staff were extremely helpful with my insurance questions and the hygenist i had was amazing. Her name is Cris. I did have to have a crown done and was terrified, but Dr. Williams offers oral sedation which made me not so scared! Also, his dental assistant is amazing. He has such wonderful bed side manner and knowledge that I really felt both of them cared about me personally. Also, they laughed and joked with me and put me at ease about the procedure. The assistant explained everything in detail before we began, and then continued to explain things as he went along. I have to say that in all my 45 years, I have never had such a wonderful experience at a dental office that i want to go back!!!!!
