loved this office at first. they were very friendly. When they changed thier office by remodeling, everything changed. My children have medacaid. Dr. Pat. London looked for every opportunity to get rid of medacaid patients. We have been going there for 8 years and never missed an appointment.
we missed one appointment for a tooth extraction and i tried to call and reschedule. no one would return my call. after 3 messages were left. I called and someone finally answered the phone. they transferred me to cherry and she said Dr. London would no longer see my daughter because they have zero tolerance for medacaid patients missing appointments. I can see after multiple appointments being missed, But come on. I never even got a reminder phone call of the appointment. I never got a phone call saying "you had an appointment today"!
To me this is very unprofessional. Dr. Patricia London's office just dont want medacaid patients!
