About Front Desk: "Ms. R" is terrific! She has prior military experience as a dental technician and knows the in's and out's of scheduling, insurance questions, and procedures. She pays attention to detail. No matter when I want an appointment...she pulls through. I never have a doubt about when my next appointment is, or how much the procedure will cost. Everything is spelled out and I think Dr. Jacobi's office is "Top-Notch."
