About Front Desk: The dentist himself is ok, but I can't take the harassment of his staff. I lost my dental insurance for about 2 months. I called and explained why I had to cancel my appointment. They have no communication between their staff or they just don't care. I was getting at least 2 phone call a day from his office telling me I needed to come get my check up done. At first I was nice and explained to at least 4 different people about my insurance, but the phone calls never stopped. Now I was up to about 3 phone calls a day, every day! I even asked them to take my number out of their system.... still phone calls.... I don't think a bill collector would even call you this much!!! I finally ended up getting really mad and yelled at one of the people that called me, to please stop calling me, I couldn't take all these phone calls anymore, that even when my new insurance went into effect that there was no way I would ever return to this dentist again. To please once again take my number out of their system!. I then proceeded to block their number from my phone.... still got phone calls. I ended up having to block 2 different numbers from my phone and guess what? I no longer hear the phone ring but I still have to go and delete voicemails from my phone once a week. This is crazy, why wont they stop freaking calling me. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone ever!! I'm sure they will delete this post but for the few who do get a chance to read it. Beware!!
