I forgive you Dr. Stephen Pac for the pain, stress & anxiety and your lack of concern for the botched dental work you performed on my teeth has caused me. I forgive you for over-medicating me with local anesthesia along with giving me no instructions on how often to use salt rinses for the over-sensitivity of my teeth that occurred only during your treatment, that resulted in my having to seek E.R. care for a very high blood pressure episode that I didn't have before your treatment, nor since then. I forgive you for placing over sized "cow" like teeth in my mouth that resulted in gross misalignment of my mouth & jaws which also resulted in constant chipping of my front top teeth (even before you completed the cosmetic dental work, and all you did was smooth it down.),it also changed the shape of my face & my once attention grabbing beautiful smile, (no one has complimented on my smile since your dental work 3 yrs ago). Gaps are between my gum & teeth that you had to have seen in the X-rays when you said I had an abscess, and now I've two abscesses."Now, you know your Dr. is not perfect", is all you had to say to me, & with a smug grin on your face.You ignored my Atty. so the Statue of Limitations would end. Still, I forgive you.
