I have been seeing this dentist for several years. The office is very up to date with all the latest equipment, and the staff is friendly. However, my last procedure was to have a crown made and put on one of my molars. The novocaine began wearing off before the end of the procedure and when I told the hygienist, she basically told me to grin and bear it because the procedure was almost over. I had trouble with my temporary (couldn't chew on that side) and when they went to remove it they didn't numb me. It was very painful (on a scale of 1 to 10 it was a 12). Now I am having trouble (sensitivity) during my regular cleanings where they worked on the crown. They continually charge more than the insurance company will allow so I end up paying the difference. My husband wasn't given the choice of filling types when he went last time (they used the more expensive type) and we had to pay quite a bit out of our pocket to make up the difference. I don't reccomend this dentist unless you have money to blow and aren't really sensitive to pain.
