I took my daughter in for surgery this month. The doctor was absolutely wonderful, the customer care was awful. The receptionist; Ms. Debbie, is very rude. Even from the get go, i called in a couple of days later because I needed information and she kept giving me the run around, very unwilling to help. I had to call in three times before she helped me. Will not be going back to Dr Whitson just because I definitely do not want to have to deal with her.
