My experience has always been positive. The office is efficient and has never made me (or kids) wait. Dr. Hicken explained options and what he recommended and seems very good. He is quieter, but very likeable and I trust him. The office is not a boutique clinic, but I don't need or what to pay for all of that either. The staff worked with my insurance, and we really liked the dentist.

About Hygienist: Charla is the hygienist and is great. She has been doing if for a long time and my teeth sure felt clean. I didn't get scolded and seems positive.
