I had an implant set by Dr. Sanai. Dr. Sanai is extremely professional. I wish I could say the same for her accounting staff. I was told initially that my insurance would pay $3,000 of the total $4,000 charge. After paying $1,000, and not until the work was complete, did the accountant inform me that my insurance would NOT pay any of the treatment and I would be responsible for the remaining $3,000!! This behavior on the part of a "professional" office is unconscienable and unscrupulous. Be VERY CAREFUL when dealing with this accountanting office. Get EVERYTHING in writing and in detail.
