I saw Dr. Grant for a gum graft. She failed to provide full disclosure of risks/recovery until AFTER surgery. I was supposed to have stitches 2 weeks, but she went on vacation right after surgery, so I had them for a month. Didn't give me an emergency contact. Mistakenly sewed my gums to my bottom lip, which started fusing together so I had to find another dr on my own to snip the lip stitch but it was too late. I tried to show her, but she literally wouldn't even look. Had to get it redone. PS I only gave her a 2 on cost bc this site won't let me choose 1 for everything--yes, it was a shitty facility, and for the total waste of my money, it was too expensive.
