As a now former patient of 8 years, I am disgusted with the customer service here. Mary is office manager here and I'm unsure what she put in my kids chart, but I was told I missed appointments I had NOT missed. Mary has been spiteful and rude without provocation for the entire 8 years My kids have gone here. I told Dr. Marchi and she didn't believe me even when I offered proof that her office manager had lied. I know I am not the only person to have an issue with this lady. I have been witness to several instances involving her with other people. Dr. Marchi appears to be a good dentist but beware of her office manager Mary. She is an angry spiteful woman without an apparent reason.
