Dr. Shoemann is a very thorough, caring and extremely knowledgeable. He is very responsive to emergencies and does his best to accommodate you. I never feel rushed when I'm there, and he makes you feel like you're his only patient. His assistants are pleasant, knowledgable and they make you feel at ease. They all do their best to make each trip a good experience.I would highly recommend this doctor. However, his receptionist is always rude, fake, talks down to you and makes you feel like your trying to get your treatment for free. I have been there several times and have observed this with most every other patient. I know im speaking for everyone when i say this would be the perfect office to go to for my care if she wasnt there. Its stressful enough to go to the dentist without having to deal with her. Overall, the care I recieve from Dr. Schoemann is what keeps me going there.
