I would stay away from this place.
They will not tell you if you are out of network and take advantage of people.
I went to Hanna and Mazer Dental, gave them my policy number and was told that my plan would cover 80% of the bill. They gave me a quote of $160, so I had the work done, paid and went home, only to get a bill a week later for an additional $400.
Avoid this place, there are plenty of other dentist in the area with a much better record.
