The staff and nurse at this facility including the hydenist where great, warm and welcoming. My husband entered his first ever dental appointment with anxiety and fear, upon meeting Dr. Moheban he was not made any comfortabler. My husband was there for a tooth extraction, and was in great discomforts. The Dr. not only insulted his fears and worries, but he managed to SEW MY HUSBANDS TONGUE TO HIS EMPTY TOOTH SOCKET. We went 24 hours without knowing this, our first hint to something wrong was the Dr. lack of information on how to care for the toothless socket, no packet nor paper was given; only a perscription for Pain meds. He never even said to stop smoking or talk about Dry socket. I will seek to inform all and any of this shocking and nerve wrecking experiance. Again, the staff and hygenists where AMAZING, it was only the Dr. who was at wrong. During the surgery he broke the tooth in pieces and said he would have to take them out "be ready" that was shortly followed by the scariest line I have ever heard a dentist speak,"I am not an oral surgen, I only do oral surgerys. We may have to send you to someone else."
