The front office staff botched my insurance resulting in me paying $1000 more than they originally stated. They wrote me a sincere apology letter but did not reimburse me for the mistake. I am considering suing them concerning this.
On my first schedulded appointment the electricity to the building was out. They reached my for 5 weeks later. I had an abscess on my tooth. In hindsight I should have gone to another oral surgeon then, however they had assured me my insurance was accepted.
On the day of my root canal the assistant was 40 minutes late, the procedure took 2 hours, Dr. Chen left several times to work on several other patients and 6 months later my gums are starting to bleed again where the root canal was performed.
Although Dr. Chen is a nice guy, RUN AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
