I went to Dr. Zaganjori after reading a quality review of her. I went in having consulted an endo specialist who took photos with his state-of-the-art machine for a tooth and recommended non-surgical root canal. Dr. Zaganjori could have just gone with the flow and performed the procedure, instead after examination she informed me extraction was the only solution, root canal would be a waste of time and money. I couldn't respect her professionalism and ethics more.
