Dr. Hirayama does not do top work but charges top dollar. He is very arrogant - a doctor should listen to his patient. Dr. Hirayama does not listen but tries to tell you what you're feeling and blame everything else but his work for why your mouth isn't feeling right. He also does not explain things very well, and sometimes gets annoyed when you ask questions. I would definitely not recommend him. I must say however that his is staff is very very nice.
