Dr. Govier has a very inefficent, unprofessional staff and is not honest about the level of his expertise. He can be compared to a bad intersection that desperately needs a stoplight. If you need any professional work done other than a cleaning, then see someone else. My cleaning wasn't even great. Anyone who charges for missing an appointment clearly has problems keeping patients.
