I had to have a failed root canel tooth pulled. After much searching, I found Dr. Lilian. His staff scheduled me right away. He accepted my Insurance (Aetna) and his staff was warm and friendly. Dr. Lilian was warm, and put me at ease at once. We discussed the procedure and a few options. He studied my xrays and medical history, asked appropriate questions. I was very nervous, afraid of pain and he explained how he would handle that. I was totally at ease by the time he started the procedure. He explained what he was doing as he went along and the extraction was painless. Inbetween explaining what he was doing, he talked about general things and that kept me relaxed. The extraction itself took about 10 minutes. I was super impressed!!! I would go back to him again and I would recommend him to my friends and family. Also the office was nice and clean. So happy I found him!
