Dr. Jay is proficient, gives local anesthesia well for a pain-free experience. He is quiet, but knows his stuff. Front desk lead gal and hygienist are friendly, but rest of staff' is offhand, distracted seeming. Bookkeeper very business-like, but one gets the sense the office doesn't have good filing/patient charts or scheduling...College-aged kids also had a reasonably good experience, but no one told them which dentist in the group they were seeing, and there are 4 of them! On-call associate never returned call on weekend to re-glue temporary filling...Impersonal office, one gets the feeling that it is "just a job" for some of these guys, and maybe it IS just about making money...fairly expensive. Thank God for dental insurance...or was it costing more because we had it??? Still, the overall work was good, time was short in the chair; so far so good.
